Some attractions may restrict certain personal items such as large bags or umbrellas. Please ensure you have a valid ticket with you for entry. About Seville Heritage and Our Concierge Service: Seville Heritage is operated by Heritage Tickets LTD, an independent concierge service operating for visitors in Seville, with several years of experience assisting with museum and attraction bookings. When using our service, we act as a facilitator to assist you in purchasing tickets directly from the official providers of attractions. Tickets are purchased in your name and on your behalf, ensuring authenticity and compliance with the official terms and conditions set by each attraction. We do not resell tickets. Our role is to provide a personalized assistance service designed to simplify the ticket-purchasing process and save you time. Our concierge service fees, which typically range from €9 to €15 per ticket, cover all aspects of the ticket purchase process, including sourcing tickets from official providers, verifying availability and validity, and securely delivering confirmed tickets. The service also includes personalized recommendations and customer support before and after your purchase. Secure technology is used to protect your data and ensure safe transactions. By using our service, visitors avoid navigating multiple platforms and benefit from peace of mind knowing that tickets are authentic and purchased directly from official attraction managers. Image Usage Policy: The images displayed on Seville Heritage are either licensed from third-party providers or used under rights agreements. These visuals are intended solely to present the attractions and assist visitors in making informed choices. If you believe that any image is being used inappropriately, please contact us and we will address the matter promptly. Direct Purchase Option: Visitors who prefer to purchase tickets independently may do so directly through the official websites of the attractions. Where available, we provide access to official sources. Purchases made directly with attraction managers do not include concierge service fees. Cancellation and Modification Policy: Tickets purchased are generally non-cancellable, non-modifiable, and non-refundable, in accordance with the policies of the attractions. By initiating a chargeback, the customer acknowledges that the dispute will be reviewed under the formal procedures of the card network and issuing bank. As our concierge service is delivered immediately upon confirmation, disputes may be contested with full supporting evidence. Chargebacks do not constitute a cancellation request and do not guarantee reimbursement. We do not act as a reseller, and all tickets are purchased directly from official providers.
